"There needs to be an AI agent that I can talk to about getting a job. It's so hard to find a good job. Anyone can find any job, but where I live there is nothing in my field of expertise, and I am a non-academic researcher with no credentials. It is very hard for me to find a job. I take free college courses. I worked before and was discriminated against because I wasn't doing what I wanted.
The government or a corporate entity needs to build a AI agent, website, app, or phone number, text message or voice chat, that will help you find a job from start to finish.
From analyzing your living situation, to helping you build a resume and cover letter, to finding you the new job, to doing the interview and submitting the results to the employer, to helping you acquire new credentials after employment.
This will take out bias from the hiring process. If you can't be judged during the interview imagine your chances of scoring the job you want..."
